Best resort on the lake! You can tell the owners take pride in their business by the way their staff conducts themselves, always courteous and respectful when conducting business. I've had numerous encounters with the owner Bruce and can't say enough about him. He goes out of his way to ensure his customers visit to his establishment is a memorable one. Always friendly and willing to go out of his way to help out one of his customers. If you are looking for a wild and crazy time, stay on the other side of the lake. If you want a nice peaceful visit to the lake come visit Mimosa Beach Marina, one trip there and you'll never go anywhere else.

Easy to get in and out for fuel

Decent place.

Mimosa Beach Resort, no longer exists, 2002 was the end of the MB resort era, 2003 was the beginning of the MB condo era, which all condos are for sale and nor for rent, unless decided by the buyer if they choose to rent or not. Mimosa Beach Store and Marina do still exist, we appreciate everyone's business and look forward to seeing you, Thank you

I would avoid doing any business with Bruce the owner of mimosa beach resort. I stopped by on my wave runner and waited for a while to get some aid filling up with gas. It was a busy day so I wasn't too upset about the 15 min wait. After we were done filling up I was told they could only do cash down by the dock which caught me off guard, who carries cash on a wave runner. I've been to a lot of lake marinas and have never been told they couldn't run a card down on their dock. So instead, I was told to go to another place on their dock where there was rope to tie up my wave runner while I went up to pay with my card. When I got over there to tie up, I looked and saw that there was carpet covering the side of the dock which I thought was the to protect customers watercraft. As I was getting off my wave runner a wave pushed it into the carpet and as it bobbed up and down for a bit I heard a crunch. I noticed a chunk missing from my ski, and underneath the carpet there was a jagged piece of metal sticking out from under the dock. I was upset and went back to the dock attendant, who then took my card up to the store. Then his manager comes out and tells me that she doesn't like the way I was talking to their dock attendants. I was just upset because my wave runner was damaged from their dock and because I did what they told me to and they obviously knew about the piece of metal because they covered it with carpet. I told them sorry and left frustrated. I called them back to get to the owner to see if we could work out something about my new wave runner having damage to it from his dock and Bruce, was who I got to talk to. He told me he's not resposible for waves damaging boats and said that I was lucky he wasn't there that day when this had happened. It wasn't a wave that did the damage its the jagged edges on their dock. I was just calling to see if we could work something out even an apology but no. I took it to a shop to have the wave runner repaired and I was quoted 952.89 to have it fixed. So after being talked down to by the owner who runs the resort and a surprising repair bill I will never be back. I would have rather settle this like men and come to some agreement even an apology for the damage caused by their dock but instead I dealt with this sorry excuse for a marina that wouldn't stand behind anything. Perhaps instead of lazy fix and just covering up the piece of metal they should have repaired it properly. This just shows they do not care about their customers or their property.
